Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four rectangles.
Place a sausage in the middle of each pastry square.
Grate the cheese into a saucepan and add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, flour and Guinness.
Heat until the cheese melts, stirring to keep the sauce nice and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Dip each sausage into the cheese sauce and place back on the pastry. Spoon a little more sauce on top.
Roll up the sausages into the pastry.
Press the open ends of the roll with a fork and score on top three times with a knife.
Place on a baking sheet and brush the top of each roll with milk.
Bake at 220'c for 15 minutes or until golden.
You can serve them hot for dinner or allow them to cool and eat them as a snack. Both taste great!
