A few years back I bought this blank fan to decorate, I didn't know what I wanted to put on it. Then I recently found out about vocaloid, I love Gakupo and the others! So I made Gakupo's fan. It was a bit difficult because I wasn't drawing on a flat surface. But I had fun! Comment if you guys want me to make a tutorial out of this! I'l try to find another blank fan! Thanks!
