Simple and delicious homemade pizza
My husband and I love pizza, and together we enjoy making them in the kitchen. I've tried a few recipes for the dough, but I've never enjoyed one as much as this dough. It's delicious and very simple.

Step 1
Combine yeast and water, and leave it alone for 5 - 10 minutes.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and mix until they hold together.

Drop the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a bowl lightly coated in oil, and coat the dough as well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it somewhere warm.
Let it rise for about 90 minutes.

Step 5
Punch the dough down and you are ready to make a delicious pizza or a wonderful dessert.
Bake it at 450 F for around 12 minutes.
