It is easy to make from scratch or you can buy the ingredients pre made & make it from there.

Step 1
Bake, cool & cut the cake in half through the middle.
Step 2
Pour some syrup onto the halved sponge.
Step 3
Top the syrup with vanilla buttercream icing.

Pour over some more syrup.

Place the second half of the cake back on top.
Step 4
Whip the chocolate ganache a little.

Place in a piping bag.
Step 5
Pipe roses or other decorations onto the cake.
Step 6
Cut & serve.
