Recipe Tegamino of eggs, fried potatoes
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices the Tuma trifulau Occelli
- salt
- olive oil
- pepper

    Preparation :
    Take the potatoes
    Peel and cut into slices about 1/2 cm
    In a large skillet heat the olive oil then put to fry potatoes
    making colorire from both sides
    Add salt and let absorb excess oil on a paper towel
    Take two pans of crock ... I have renewed their earthenware pans purchased from CIS Ltd.
    Make a layer of fried potatoes, adding more salt if necessary
    Take the tuma of trifulau
    Cut off and deal 3 6 slices in each pan on the layer of potatoes
    Break an egg into each pan over potatoes and eggs (I readjusted the slices of cheese so that the yolk remained stuck in the middle)
    Bake at 180 until the egg is cooked (5/10 minutes) ... served with salt and pepper.
