Recipe Tegamino of eggs, fried potatoes
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices the Tuma trifulau Occelli
- salt
- olive oil

Preparation :
Take the potatoes
Peel and cut into slices about 1/2 cm
In a large skillet heat the olive oil then put to fry potatoes
