Sir yes Sir!
I dont quite know why, but this skirt reminds me of the army. Lol. Probably because of the green. Anyway, I wanted a wearable tutu skirt. I have also recently gotten into the high-waisted thing. Put the two together and ~`BAM`~

(Sry, the pockets aren't that bunchy from the back, the skirt was just hung up on my bootay) :-)

  • Step 1

Cut the neck out of a T-shirt.

  • Step 2

Flip the shirt inside out and sew the sleeves shut. Make sure they are flat against your sides when you wear the skirt. These will be your pockets.

    Then cut off the excess.

  • Step 3

Sew the pockets to the front of the T-shirt. This is so they don't move around and poke out.

    Don't sew them shut!

I just tacked them in the corner.

  • Step 4

Fold your tulle so you can cut strips out of it. Mine were about 4 inches wide.

  • Step 5

fold the strips in half and tie a knot.

  • Step 6

Start at the side of your shirt and gather as you sew the Tulle in a row. Try to make the knot even with the other side of your shirt. Untie the knot and continue all the way around.

  • Step 7

Sew on more rows until your skirt is as full as you'd like.

Put the belt on over the top.

    Tada!! You're done!
