Based on T Shirt Shrug by EVEnl
I made this shrug from scratch and not from an existing T-shirt. The fabric is 1/2 meter light-weight printed cotton, and the ribbon material is purple organza. I chose its style -- gathers at the front and the sleeves to complement to design of the printed dress I made.
