• 

  Step 1

  Take a magazine page and fold it in half.

• 

  Step 2

  Open it back up and fold both ends into the middle. Once it looks like the picture, fold the edges into the middle again.

• 

  Step 3

  Now fold each side down as if you're making accordion folds.

• 

  Step 4

  Now fold that in half.

• 

  Step 5

  Fold in half again :3

• 

  Step 6

  Cut at the crease.

• 

  Step 7

  You will end up with two small pieces, and then a piece like this. Go ahead and cut this one at the crease too.

• 

  Step 8

  When you are done with that you should have four small pieces.

• 

  Step 9

  Okay put glue on one side of one of the pieces, and place another piece on top. Continue with the other two pieces until they are all glued together.

• 

  Step 10

  After that you should have something that looks like a small accordion.

• Step 11

  take a piece of scotch tape and cut it down the middle so that it's not as wide.

• 

  Step 12

  Take one of the pieces and tape it around the middle. Keep the other piece.

• 

  Step 13

  Spread the sides out so that it looks like this.

• 

  Step 14

  Now take the other piece of tape and slide it through the bobby pin. Lay the bow on top and tape around the part that you just taped.

  I hope that makes since.

  Step 15

  now you should have a bow =-D

i was actually thinking about doing this with chip bags...but i thought that ppl would think i was weird for wearing chip bags in my hair lol...but this is very cute ^-^
