it's really really nice!
i'm going to try to make my own, but because i'm one of that bigger-chested girls (i have a D(a);-)) i will try to add some support inside. when it's done, i'll send you pictures
really great idea, swimming won't be the same anymore:-D
and don't worry about some comments ;-)
yes it's showy, but you don't show the wrong things;-)
Its a great idea, and here is a thought from a bigger busted woman on how to make it work on all sizes... make the straps wider at the bottom and gather them a little.. no, it won't give support, but it will give coverage.
As for a longer version to cover those of us without your perfect young body (you SHOULD enjoy it.. show it off!!!).. why not add a gathered strip like a long ruffle to the bottom edge.. this would give it a baby doll look that would be very flattering to all shapes.
Congrats on a wonderful idea, and I see from your comments that you have posted a how to.. thats incredibly generous, and I thank you for that too!
This is really cool! Do you make something like it for bigger chested girls? I don't think my boobs could resist popping out of that, anyway...it's so narrow. but it's awesome!!
piga boo i love this bikoodie (i hope i spelt it right)
its easy anyf to hide support in a bikeeny for a bigger busted woman so there are no reason for people to be complaning about the sise of it and Bev.o is just jelouss i admit i get jelous of girls with smaller boobs you have so much nice underware to chose from and and swim ware
whrere did you find the patern ?
Hi Doris the Dinosaur n_n you are right! people shouldn't worry about sizes, after all this is handmade stuff not mass manufactured rubbish that doesn't fit! hehe
and of course it would look good on you n_n especially if you feel confident enough to wear it. I'd even make you one if you wanted (I'm dying to custom make clothing ^^; )
It's simply adorable, you you suit it really well. People worrying about bigger breasts shouldn't... haven't you guys ever heard of sizes? They're great, you know... They let EVERYONE wear cloths.
You have the same sort of figure as me, so I'm thinking that this would be good on me too?
I LOVE this you could also make it longer and cover the belly for those of us who aren't as slim in the belly but still like to show off our....ah.. assets?
I think it could handle a bigger bust with some slight adjustments...making the straps bigger at the bottom for a start and maybe going around the side a little.
This item is SO cool!!! unfortunately my breasts are too big to be supported by one or I'd totally buy one. I wish I had a lovely willowy figure like you!
I think I would like it as a top or even a dress with a full skirt instead of the short bikini style. You look great, but I think I might be more inclined to wear it with a little more coverage! Very cute concept though!
P.S. Boo nay-sayers and yay encouragement! Everyone should feel welcome here and proud to show off their crafts! All photos and ideas on here I have seen are totally awesome!
@bev c. Umm, what's wrong with this design for a large-breasted woman? Halter tops are supposed to be universally flattering! Yeah, a fuller-figured version would probably need more support and fabric, but that's true for ANY bathing suit, isn't it?
I think this is an awesome. There are looads of waterways near my house (30 second walk to a creek, 2 minute drive to a lake and 15 min drive to an ocean), but the weather is a little unpredictable. Sometimes it'll rain while you're out wading or beachcombing, but it'll be too warm to put on a jacket. Plus it's kind of ironic, that you'd put a hood (usually used to keep your head dry, at least around here) on something that you'd wear when you're trying to get wet.
I might make a tankini-style one someday. After exams, when I actually have time to (I'm supposed to be doing a research paper now, haha).
What right do you have to critisize my fiance's body?
She created this item of clothing therefore she modelled it, if you have reason to discriminate someone of a slender figure let it be known, otherwise, I suggest you keep slanderous comments to yourself;
