Step 1Cook the noodles according to instructions.

Step 2Mix the chicken stock, peanut butter, honey, soya, pepper flake, garlic & ginger together until smooth.

Step 3Cook the chicken.
Add the veg.

Step 5Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Stir to combine.

Step 6Combine the noodles & chicken together.

Step 7Plate the noodles & sprinkle with spring onions & peanut.
Serve.
