• Step 1

  Choose an oversized tee (preferably w/out seams on the sides) & lay it flat out on the ground.

• Step 2

  Cut out horizontal strips of the shirt up to the bottom of the sleves.
  (leave out the bottom hemn line and save it for another project.)

• Step 3

  Stretch each strip to give it that rolled look.

• Step 4

  Double up the strips by twisting them and bringing them back up.
  so the count of your strings should be doubled.

• Step 5

  Take one of the strips and cut it to make one long stip.

• 

  Step 6

  Wrap it around the top of your scark/necklance and tie a knot holding your whole scarf piece together and just cut off the extra fabric from the knot.

• Step 7

  Play around with the length of the strings and your done.

  Go rock it!!
