Step 1Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the baby potatoes and leave to simmer for 18 minutes.

Step 2Chop the potatoes, apples, cucumbers and celery stick.

Step 3Mix together with the capers.

Step 4Whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and dill. Season with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.

Step 5Pour the dressing over the salad.

Step 6Mix well to combine.

Step 7Top with some more fresh dill and serve.
