I've found different variations in books and on the internet. I love the most simple while being very effective.
Use only sugar OR salt. It's added to exfoliate.

You Will Need

Combine one part sugar or salt with one part baking soda.
Add 2 parts water. Stir together.
Use to clean face or any other area you have black heads.
You'll need to shake it up before every use.
