Step 1Apply Limecrime Velvetine in Suedeberry to the top lip, outlining first with the wand applicator, then filling inside the lipline. Wait about a minute to dry.

Step 2Apply Limecrime Velvetine in Utopia to the bottom lip using the same technique and wait to dry.

Step 3Your two-tone lip is ready and will NOT smudge!
Tip: Lighter colours will make the lip appear larger, while darker colours will make it appear smaller... So if your top lip is a little thinner than the bottom (or vice versa), position the lighter and darker colours accordingly!
