Seriously one of the easiest shirts I've every made.
I had a half yard of knit fabric and I literally just folded it in half, cut out a shape that I thought would fit, sewed the sides from bottom to armhole, and I was done. It fits like a glove and I don't even think I'm going to hem it. The second image is the top inside out and you can see how I cut it and where I sewed it.
