Step 1Take a handful of the mixed fruit (i used a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries,) and dump them in the blender.

Step 2Next, pour about 1/2 as much juice as there is fruit.

Step 3Next, pour about 1/3 as much milk as there is fruit.

Step 4Blend until soft. You might want to push the fruit at the top down to the bottom so it will blend all the way. Pour yogurt/ice cream and blend again.

Step 5Pour into glass and enjoy!

Will powdered milk work? I don't have any real milk. and what about frozen strawberries? Or any frozen fruit for that matter? Will this work?

i followed Runtograce's comment and i used chopped bananas, 8 strawberries, a little bit of sugar, strawberry yogurt, and skim milk. it was DELICIOUS, let alone healthy!
