A flowy summer dress made form a thrift store skirt!
This was a very easy project! Find a skirt that already had a nice thick waistband (that will become your bust area)
Put the zipper in the center of your back and fold the exact opposite accordian style (to create a ruched effect.
Sew that up, and put that sucker on!
