Sugar Free Chocolate Cake

A yummy sugar-free cake that doesn't suck.
A lot of my family is composed of diabetics (flour tortillas are the death of us Mexicans) and they requested that I make them a sugar-free cake for Thanksgiving as I am the baker in the family. I must say, I really liked this recipe. I was expecting the cake to taste empty and flat and maybe to be a bit hard, but I was pleasantly surprised. For decorative purposes I sprinkles just a *little* bit of powdered sugar on top, though unsweetened cocoa powder might work nicely too. Make this for your favorite diabetic, they'll love you forever.
