Strawberry Sorbet Fresh & easy to make.
You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
Quarter the strawberries & set aside.
In a pan combine sugar & water.
Bring to a boil.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Combine sugar syrup, strawberries & lemon juice.
Blend together.
Pour into a freezer dish.
Freeze for at least 6 hrs or overnight.
Scrape & Serve.
