You Will Need

Step 1Base...
Mix all ingredients together.
Press into the tin.
Set aside.

Step 2Cheesecake...
Whip cream until stiff.

Step 3Mix together half the strawberries, cream cheese & icing sugar.

Step 4Fold in the cream to the strawberry mixture.

Step 5Fold in the remaining strawberries.

Step 6Pour on top of the base.
Place in the fridge for 3hrs or overnight.

Step 7Decorate with extra strawberries.

Step 8Cut & serve.
