Step 1For the steam punk: I spray painted a couple of bottles top halves silver.

Step 2Attached those bottles to an old too small Gold belt.

Step 3Et voila!
I still need to buy cogs to add to these.

Step 4For the fuzzy Alaskans: I took the bottle bottoms, sewed fur around the bottom, and voila!
