Hot Hot and Hot!
Simply pan fry your tuna steak to your taste (Well done, medium, rare etc)
Now the salsa,
In a saucepan put in your oil and garlic an gently fry over a medium heat for 3 minutes
Then add your bunch of basil (rip that baby up) and slice and throw in your chilli
The simmer for 15 minutes and let the salsa reduce
Now simply arrange your plate and dive in!
