  • Step 1

ok so i made this when i friend came over a while ago when i was feeling the ugre to cook italian and this is how it turned out annnnd this is how ya make it for u curious cut outers out there

    this should serve about 6

1- cook the pasta in a large sauce pan of rapidly bpiling salted water until al dante then drain and return to pan (some times i mix in butter with the noodles to give it a nice smoother taste trust me it taste good)

  • Step 2

while cooking the pasta cook the bacon also over mediam heat then drain with paper towel (i found it easier to just cook it full length then cut it after, then trying to cut it while raw)

  • Step 3

beat the eggs, parmeasan and cream in a bowl until well combined. add the bacon and por the sauce over the warm pasta then toss gently till well coated.

  • Step 4

return the pan to heat and cook over low heat for about 1 minute or until slightly thickened. season with ground black pepper and serve garnished with chives

    and then done and enjoy

This is my favorite pasta! But I always cook the bacon while waiting for the water to boil. Then it is cool and ready to cut when you need it. And then I cook leeks in the bacon grease. Because yummy!
