Based on Space Shoes by lululilacdoll
Once upon a time, these were black patent. They came from from Payless, years ago. I sprayed them with sealer and dry-brushed on various blue and purple acrylics. I used a toothpick for the silver stars. Then they got two coats of matte Mod Podge.

Thank you! You won't believe what happened to these, though...I had sealed them with Mod Podge, and after I had worn them a couple of times, the topcoat cracked. The entire finish began to peel off! They were ruined, until I sandpapered them and re-painted a different theme completely. I painted the galaxy pattern onto another pair of (canvas) boots, though. I have to post some pics of both pairs.
