Step 1Heat oven 428/220 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat to combine.

Step 3Add sour cream & milk.
Stir through.

Step 4Add flour, corn meal, baking powder, bicarb & salt.
Stir to combine.

Step 5Pour into a dish.
Bake for 25 mins.
