Do you want to indulge in the most moist, lovely looking cake on the planet? Well, Sock it to me because I found the cake for you and I'm just dying to have a brunch now and serve it with mimosas and egg casserole, lol.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. On medium speed, mix all the cake ingredients, saving out 2 Tablespoons for the filling. Pour 1/2 mixture into a greased small bundt pan.

Mix ingredients for filling together and evenly spread over mix. Top with one half of the remaining cake mixture. You will have about 1/4 of the entire mixture left which you would use is making a large bundt cake.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, cool in the pan for 30 minutes, the invert onto serving plate. When cooled, mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tablespoons of milk. Drizzle over cooled cake.
