This bakewell tart inspired cocktail combines Sipsmith Sloe Gin with amaretto, blackberry liqueur and apple juice for a frothy tall drink that's just as delicious as it's muse.

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the sloe gin, amaretto and blackberry liqueur.

Step 2Top until half full with apple juice and shake shake shake. The shaking will make the fruit juice nice and frothy.

Step 3Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the cocktail overtop, making sure to get all of the froth.

Step 4Serve with apple slices and a cherry.
