Skirt From Men's Button Down

The waistband ended up WAY too big so I had to take that in on the sides and then I had to take in the skirt part as well because it poofed too much. I also sewed folds into the back of the waistband which made it puff a bit (in a cute way this time). I also sewed the front closed and shortened the back to match the front.
