Step 1First you thread the elastic through the chain like you are weaving something. Keep doing that until you run out of elastic.

Step 2It should end up looking like this and then comes the fun part. Now you decorate it. Take the headpins and jumprings and attach the beads and charms onto the chain. It doesn't have to be even or in any pattern.

Step 3This is what you should end up with.Then you're done.
