a tastey gluten free soup for those cold days
Its always hard to find foods that are gluten free. I only knew I couldn't eat gluten a year ago so have been experimenting with meals and this Is one of them. I hope you enjoy it.

Step 1
First fry your onion in a little oil or butter until its soft in a deep pan.
Next add the cauliflower, it should already be in florets if its frozen. Fry for a few minutes then add your stock powder and then boiling water, use as much or little as you want to make it a thick or thin soup.
Cook on a low heat until everything is tender.
Transfer over to a blender and blend until soup is smooth. With it still in the blender add your milk then blend again for a few seconds.
Return to the heat in the pan and cook for another minute or so.
Serve straight into a bowl and decorate it with herbs if you like.
