Very easy and rather yummie Sorry for the lack of real photo's. ;-)
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. (446 F)
Melt the 90 grams of margarine (or butter) in a pan, don't let it boil.
Mix the butter with the sugar and the egg. Stir well.
Add the flour, salt and optionally cinnamon (or cocoa or any other tasty stuff you'd like) and knead it all into a ball.
Let the ball rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare a surface by dusting it with normal flour and get out some cookie shapes or just a normal glass (like I did).
Lay the ball of dough on your working surface and flatten it with a rolling-pin (also dusted with flour) to about 0,5 - 1 cm thickness.
Cut out cookie shapes and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Leave some space between them because they'll rise and expand a bit.
OPTIONAL
Add chocolate eggs to the center of each (or some) cookie and press them in a little.
You could also add other decorations that are suited for baking.
Put the tray into the center of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Then take them out and let them cool.
