Infuse vodka with shortbread for a biscuity twist!
Infusing your own vodka is easy and fun. Invest in a good vodka, which should be scentless and tasteless and experiment by infusing it with different flavours to build up a cocktail cart filled with unique handmade liquors.

    Crush the Jammie Dodgers with a mortar & pestle into a fine powder and remove the jammy centers.

    Place the crushed biscuit into a small bottle.

    Fill the bottle with vodka.

    Pop the cork in, label your bottle with the date and leave to infuse. Check the flavour of your vodka every day until it tastes just right. My one was ready after two days.

    Place a sieve over a jug and strain the vodka.

    Wash out your bottle and throw away the cookie crumbs.

    Pour the vodka back in to your bottle. If the flavour is too strong, add a little more vodka to weaken the taste.
