About
2 shirts = dress
Got a shirt (the red velvet part) at a second hand store.
Then just added part of a black tshirt to the bottom to turn it into a dress.
The difficult part was that the black tshirt fabric kept buckling when I was trying to sew it at an angle..
finally was able to figure it out after many adjustments.
