You Will Need

Step 1
Print off templates on white or kraft paper.

Step 2
Cut out each template (2 per page) and cut out shaded areas.

Fold along the dotted lines, then glue side and bottom flaps onto the backside.

Step 4
Write information on front of packet, fill with seeds and seal with glue or tape.
