Scarf Hanger

Based on Scarf Hanger by Caeli L.
Instead of cardboard, I used wire (20 gauge galvanized steel hardware wire, to be specific) to form the rings. I formed the circles while keeping the wire intact and taping the loops together before binding them with scrap fabric from other projects. The wire is very sturdy and allows plenty of space for chunkier scarves to fit into the holes. Thanks for the inspiration and instructions!
