You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Cut the vegetables.
Place all ingredients into a tray & sprinkle with oil, salt & pepper.

Step 2Place in the oven for 30 mins.
After this time remove & stir around.
Add stock.
Return to oven for 30 more mins until all items are cooked.
