With Quorn chicken, lemongrass and ginger!
Tom and I had a nasty cold a couple of weeks ago and I was craving a hearty soup to make us feel better. This satay soup is sure to do the trick and is filled with meat-free chicken and noodles to fill you up.

    Step 1

    Chop the red onion, garlic and lemon grass and cook in a sauce pan with some olive oil until golden.

Cat this is a great recipe but maybe you need to put a detail of the soy sauce. For instance Indonesia, China, Thailand, and Japan has totally different soy sauce. also some types are sweet and some are salty, and it also differs in thickness Happy
