Chocolate chunk brownies stuffed with popcorn and drizzled in salted caramel!
I've been trying to convince my friends to come to a craft night in Edinburgh with me every Tuesday, so this week I turned to bribery and made some brownies to tempt them along. Turnout was better than ever!

Step 1Whisk together the butter and sugar and then add each egg, one at a time.

Step 2Add the flour and cocoa.

Step 3Chop some white chocolate and dark chocolate into chunks.

Step 4Whisk the chunks into your brownies.

Step 5Spread the brownie batter out into a greased baking tin.

Step 6Spread the popcorn on top and then press down into the batter mix with your spatula, crushing if necessary.

Step 7Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with some sea salt.

Step 8Bake at 180'c for 20 minutes and then cut into chunks.

Step 9Serve in a popcorn tub!
