I was yearning to have a cool cuff but can't seem to find one of reasonable price.Saw a post on Love Maegan's blog and knew I had to do it.So versatile!
But no matter how much I measure,I just can't find a length that is adjustable for a choker,wristlet and short necklace.I guess I'll stick to the handy black wide ribbon. =)

You Will Need

Step 1Cut the elastic band according to your wrist size.

Step 2Then add the velcro on

Step 3
A cool and punk wristlet all done!

Step 4Slip in the safety pins.
You can do it anyway you want.I used safety pins of 2 sizes and alternate it as I could not find a packet of the all in the same size.
I didn't have enough safety pins too so mine can't be done all the way round.
