Doll up an outfit with a rolled tights rose...
Don't toss those ripped-up stockings! Got a run? No problem! You can wear them as is and put some dabs of clear nailpolish on the ends of the runs like in my Shredded Tights Tutorial - or try this:
You Will Need

Step 1Lay tights flat on the floor,

Step 2then fold in half vertically, one leg on top of the other.

Step 3Starting at the toes...

Step 4roll both legs up towards the hips. Fold the hip area under (or cut it off).

Step 5Secure with a couple safety pins or handstitching, and voila!

Step 6Instant chiffon-y rose to pin on a lapel, belt, bag, or jacket pocket.

Step 7You can also pull each leg of the tights around your neck,

Step 8the rose up that way, and create a neck decoration.
