Inspired by the zesty Caithness botanicals of Rock Rose Gin, this martini combines the gin with vermouth, fresh lemon and the aniseed taste of absinthe for an aromatic martini.

Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Rock Rose Gin.
Step 2
Add the vermouth and absinthe.
Step 3
Squeeze in the juice from a whole lemon.
Step 4
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Step 5
Serve with a twist of lemon.
