Step 1
Cut the first piece of ribbon to 4 inches.

Fold in half.
Step 2
Sew a running stitch along the ribbon join and pull tight & tie.
Step 3
Cut the second ribbon to 3 inches.

Fold in half and sew the joint together at the back.
Step 4
Sew the two pieces of ribbon together, leaving two tails hanging loose.

Attach to the socks at the outer edge.
