You Will Need

Step 1
Make the pattern
The dimension is 5" by 9.5"

Step 2Cutting:
• Cut 1 fabric
• Cut 2 heat n’bond vinyl(the shiny sheet)
• Cut your Velcro strip 3” -
Step 3Make your fabric waterproof by fusing the vinyl to the good side and the wrong side of the fabric.
Bond the vinyl to the fabric permanently by ironing the vinyl. Remember vinyl melt when you put iron on it, make sure you place a press cloth on top before ironing. Do not let your iron touch the plastic!

Step 4Now you will bond the vinyl to the wrong side of the fabric the same way.

Step 5Stitch the Velcro to the fabric.
Place your Velcro as in the diagram. Use paper clip to hold your Velcro in place -
Step 6Stitch around the Velcro (diagram 8)

Step 7Measure 4" and fold up, stitch the two sides. Use a zig zag stitch for extra strength.
