About
Renaissance dress
I made this from a pattern, to wear to a Renaissance fair, in Bristol, WI. It was easy for the most part, but as I am not very familiar with working with dress patterns, there were some interpretation issues :) overall, I'm very happy I did it. And depending on the material you choose, it can get very expensive.
I chose to use a bridal veil material for the front skirt, which was pricey, but after I saw it, nothing else compared. I feel it really made the dress what it is.
