Happy Valentine’s Day! ♥ Whatever your relationship status, I hope your day is bursting with love and fizzy, delicious pink drinks. Even if you don’t have a date, V-day is the perfect excuse to deck out your apartment and invite some friends over for a totally sweet afternoon.
Erin and I whipped up an amazing raspberry cocktail to share with you—one that tastes just as good without alcohol as it does with. Also, I should confess, this recipe was all Erin. I just photographed her making magic and enjoyed the outcome. ;}

Step 1Gather your ingredients (and a friend to share the final product with).

Step 2Wash your raspberries thoroughly.

Step 3Mull 6 raspberries with 1 teaspoon of raw sugar.

Step 4Blow a kiss in there for good luck!

Step 5Spoon into shaker with 3 ice cubes.

Step 6Add 2 oz of grapefruit juice and 1.5 oz of raspberry vodka (we used Absolut Raspberri).Shake shake shake! Then, pour over ice.

Step 7Add a cap of seltzer.

Step 8Serve with dark chocolate and raspberries!
