These are my rainbow cupcakes. :)
I'm lazy and bought plain ole white cake mix and cream cheese icing for the recipe and they turned out great. Very big hit!

I mix up the cupcake batter then separate it into 6 small bowls. Each small bowl gets a different food coloring and then I spoon the colors into the cupcake pans. It takes some time and patience but the results are well worth it!

How'd you get them to stay rainbow and not look like dirt? (I make cupcakes that look like dirt with oreo crumbs, gummy worms, and autumn colored/shaped sprinkles.) I like this though, the possibilities are endless
