I ran out of concealer one day and I always use a liquid concealer, so I took my packed powder and dipped my finger in warm water and some how it seemed to set nicely for a little bit, not good for a heavy duty concealer, but does the trick for a little quick fix
kinda makes a soft matte foundation as well,

You Will Need

Step 1
take your compact pressed powder and open(its best you use a powder that matches your skin tone(not a translucent powder)
using your middle finger(dipped in warm water)
touch your compact powder and move your finger in small circles in a corner, this will make the powder a bit wet and tacky
don't do it in the middle you you will make a matte foundation( I did this and now have matte foundation instead of powder) :S
now pat your semi concealer onto your blemish and let dry
then dust with powder to set it
its good for a quick little fix
