scrub-a-dub-dub
First of all- prior to beginning this scrub- be sure you are not allergic to honey, lime, salt, whatever.

It is recommended that Sea Salt specifically be used as the scrubbing agent and not regular table salt because of various adverse effects. Be sure to test out all materials on your skin before proceeding.

Sea Salt is not hard to find. If you look for a sale rack at your local grocery store, you may find all the supplies you need there. I bought 2 pounds of Sea Salt in a handy glass jar with a metal lid and even HANDY-ER wooden spoon for $1.

*THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH DRY SKIN*

  • Step 1

Pour your honey (or honey equivalent)_ into a container of your choice. I had run out of honey at the moment so I used some blue agave sweetener.

  • Step 2

    Add your teaspoon of salt.

  • Step 3

Add your 1/2 teaspoon or teaspoon of lime juice. This can be procured from just a quarter of a lime.

I took the slice of lime and stabbed a teaspoon into it and tipped it all towards the spoon, juice collection successful :)

  • Step 4

Shake it. I advise to do a little dance. Always makes the whole process more fun.
