Pull apart garlic bread
This is not too strong a garlic flavour bread.
It is a pretty easy recipe to make.
You could also make it into a loaf or dinner rolls with no problem.

You Will Need

Step 1In a bowl mix sugar, yeast & water.
Let sit for 10 mins.

Step 2In a large bowl mix the flour & salt.

Step 3Make a well in the middle.
Pour in the oil.

Step 4Then pour in the yeast mixture.

Step 5Knead until the dough comes together & is smooth.

Step 6Place into an oiled bowl & cover with cling film.
Leave to prove until well risen (approx 1 hr).

Step 7Knock back the dough & knead for a couple of mins.
Cut into equal sized pieces.

Step 8Roll into small roll shapes.

Step 9Mix butter & garlic together & place in microwave to melt the butter.

Step 10Dip dough balls into the garlic butter.
Arrange in tin.
Leave a little space between each roll so that the dough can rise again.

Step 11Cover with cling film & allow to prove again.
Approx 20 mins.

Step 12Remove cling film & bake in the oven gas7/220 degrees for 15 mins.
After 15 mins turn oven down to gas 6/200 degrees.
Brush bread with garlic butter & continue to cook for 15-20 mins.

Step 13when cooked, remove bread from oven & allow to cool.
