My friend Kelsey. I did her hair and make up for Prom. She is a very natural girl, never wears make up, and it was really odd seeing her in some bright make-up but it definitely paid off for her benefit.
Roughly what I used and did.
For her face she exfoliated before coming so all I had to do was wipe her face down. I then put:
sheer cover moisturizer on her face/neck
prime time face primer
sheer cover concealer
Rimmel London liquid foundation
A light peachy pink blush (unknown brand)
Transparent Powder to set it.
I also filled in her eyebrows a touch with a medium dark brown eyeshadow pencil
For her eyes:
I used Two Face Shadow Insurance (let it set to get a bit tacky before completely dry)
Medusa Makeup, Big Bird, Inner lid
120 eyeshadow palette light blue, and a green aqua for the middle
Medusa Makeup , Fascination on the outer as well as a dark purple from the 120 palette
A black liner set with purple eyeshadow
black mascara
Hair: at the time her hair went basically a few inches from her butt. I quickly curled the ends. Made 3 tiny pony tails on her lower half of her hair. and made little loops that looked like buns. Braided one area of hair on the side and pulled it over like a headband. Used the upper half of her hair to make a tiny poof and pinned it. Simple messy updo that didnt make her look to over done.
She starts too look more and more shiny but her make up was done about 5 hours or so before her Prom even started because I had to do 2 other girls and she set her time early so she could have a dinner with friends etc.She really loved it and I was so happy!
